Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking a skilled MS&A engineer to join our defense-focused Modeling, Simulation & Analysis team at Quantico. You will build detailed military models, craft realistic mission scenarios, and develop dynamic scripting to support studies impacting national defense.

Applicants should have a BS in a technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience, a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and strong analytical, scripting, and team collaboration skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• BS degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS&A software for system modeling and scenario development, including tools such as AFSIM, NGTS, CommandPE, OneSAF, or equivalent simulation environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to apply analytical and scientific methods.
• Scripting or programming experience.
• Ability to work well within collaborative teams.
• Ability to travel as needed.
