Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Mission Programs Account Executive to bridge DoW/DIB operations with Salesforce capabilities. You’ll translate mission needs into actionable Salesforce solutions and support the capture process to position Salesforce as a key defense platform.

You will act as a subject matter expert with deep DoW experience, engaging stakeholders and shaping requirements before RFPs. This is a high-impact, strategic role within the Defense market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years working within or supporting the DoW.
• Translate military requirements into digital transformation strategies.
• Experience in Federal Business Development or Capture for large DoW programs.
• Understand SaaS, Data Clouds, and AI; articulate platform advantages.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex operational needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Support capture by shaping requirements before RFPs are released.
• Advise DOW/DIB leadership with deep understanding of services and industry.
• Develop repeatable Mission Plays to solve DoW problems.
• Work with System Integrators to ensure Salesforce integration in the digital battlefield.
