Job summary

The role requires an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, and responsibility for supervising a minimum of 12 personnel while coordinating with cross-functional teams to architect, deploy, and sustain secure MECM/Intune solutions for DISA and DoD Fourth Estate Agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing client/server engineering resources for operations and sustainment.
• Strong knowledge of MECM and Intune and their integration into On-Prem and Cloud setups.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, test, and deploy software updates using MECM/Intune.
• Patch servers and workstations via MECM and Intune.
• Remotely manage endpoints to perform configuration and actions.
• Lead and mentor a team of at least 12 personnel.
• Coordinate with government representatives and stakeholders to prioritize requirements.
• Provide root-cause analysis and become a trusted advisor on MECM/Intune deployments.
