Job summary

Railhead, Inc. is seeking an experienced Release and Deployment Lead to support a Defense Enclave Services program at Ft. Meade, MD.

You will oversee a team of at least 12 personnel, interface with leadership, and work closely with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and sustain MECM and Intune solutions. The role requires an active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance and strong expertise in MECM/Intune, AD, scripting, and cloud/on-prem integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing client and server engineering resources for operations and sustainment.
• Expertise with MECM/Intune, AD, and security baselines.
• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell) and cloud/on-prem interoperability.

Responsibilities

• On-site at Ft. Meade, MD; schedule may vary with mission needs.
• Prepare, test, and deploy software updates using MECM/Intune.
• Patch servers and workstations via MECM/Intune.
• Remotely log into end-user endpoints for configuration and maintenance tasks.
• Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support to resolve user issues.
• Maintain MECM/Intune client health and optimize collection evaluation times.
• Guide strategy and design for MECM/Intune deployments.
• Collaborate with government reps to prioritize endpoint requirements.
• Create status briefings and documentation for stakeholders.
