Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in manufacturing, 3–5 years in leadership, and a Secret clearance. Strong lean, scheduling, and BOM interpretation skills are essential for on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• 6 years of progressive manufacturing experience with related degree
• 8–12 years manufacturing experience
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing leadership role (Supervisor/Manager)
• Experience with lean manufacturing processes
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs and assembly instructions
• Active Secret clearance with the US DoD

Responsibilities

• Supports employees responsible for assembling components into subassemblies and completed units.
• Manage the production lifecycle of multiple PTT systems, ensuring build accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, resource plans, and detailed build instructions.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, quality assurance, procurement, and program management teams.
• Monitor production risks, resolve operational issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
