The role leads cross-functional on-site teams to optimize capacity, layout, and build procedures while developing engineers.

The position requires senior-level experience in manufacturing leadership with a focus on standardization, performance metrics, and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years with Masters; or 10 years with HS diploma.
• Experience with system dynamics modeling and simulation tools.
• Preference for operations leadership development programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manufacturing ramp-ups for strategic products and programs.
• Develop high-performing standards for work instructions, capacity modeling, and KPIs.
• Lead on-site teams to build capacity models accounting for demand variability and lead times.
• Lead on-site teams to establish standard build procedures and map value streams.
• Establish operational excellence and continuous improvement systems.
• Lead on-site teams to tailor production systems for maximum impact.
• Coach and develop early-tenure industrial, manufacturing, and systems engineers.
