Parsons is seeking a Management Analyst to support mission-critical DoD programs at Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, recommendations, and stakeholder reporting within a multi-disciplinary team over a 5-year program valued at over $600 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field is required.
• 3–10+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Significant Navy program/operations experience is preferred for senior roles.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data on performance, resources, and outcomes.
• Develop and present recommendations to improve processes and support strategic objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to inform best practices and operational planning.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to implement recommendations and monitor progress.
• Support financial, cost, and operations research analysis as required.
• Participate in special projects and process-improvement initiatives.
