Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Program/Project Manager to join our Federal Solutions team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will lead multi-year programs across Army modernization, ensuring interoperability, compliance, and cost efficiency while coordinating DoD standards and MOSA initiatives.

You’ll mentor cross-functional teams, manage complex schedules and budgets, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment with significant impact on national security objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• 5–15+ years of professional experience in program/project management.
• Top Secret SCI clearance is required.
• Proven leadership in managing large, multi-year programs or projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DoD standards, compliance, and modular open systems approaches is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, direction, and success of major programs and technology initiatives.
• Define short- and long-range plans, including technical approaches, resources, and milestones.
• Oversee integration projects ensuring compliance with DoD standards and data requirements.
• Track and report on schedules, budgets, costs, and technology fielding.
• Coordinate outreach and partner engagements to promote MOSA/ISA adoption.
• Develop schedules, briefs, and reports to communicate interoperability progress and cost reductions.
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver interoperable capabilities.
• Foster collaboration across stakeholders and align with agency goals.
