Job summary

Parsons in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, seeks a Management Analyst to join a rapidly expanding Federal Solutions team delivering DoD and Army modernization initiatives. You will analyze data, develop recommendations, and support strategic planning across mission-critical programs with a $600M+ value over five years.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 3–10+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance. Experience with U.S.

Job Description:

As a Management Analyst at Parsons, you will join a rapidly expanding team dedicated to mission-critical programs for the Department of War and United States Army. You’ll be part of a workforce of 500 professionals delivering expertise in software and hardware engineering, cybersecurity, system integration, and more, supporting a range of initiatives across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, over a 5-year period and with a combined value of more than $600 million. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver actionable recommendations that drive organizational effectiveness and contribute to national defense and Army modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to organizational performance, resource allocation, and program outcomes.

• Active Secret is required
• Significant experiencewith U.S. Navy programs or operations preferred for senior-level candidates.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
