Job Details

Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Draft disclosures, written discovery, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and other litigation matters.
• Review and organize case evidence, including sensitive photographs, records, and other materials related to complex incidents.
• Manage case files, legal documents, deadlines, and case-related information.
• Prepare and file court documents in compliance with applicable court rules and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties as directed by attorneys.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with professional and ethical standards.
• Monitor developments in applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Accurately and efficiently record billable and approved non-billable time, maintaining a minimum productive target of approximately six hours per day.
• Follow established procedures for timekeeping, payroll, time-off requests, and other administrative requirements.
