Rose Law Group pc seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our growing Litigation team in Scottsdale, AZ. A Certified Paralegal with substantial litigation experience is preferred, including support through trial and hearings in state and federal courts.

Bankruptcy experience is a plus. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Significant experience supporting attorneys through trial, arbitration, and evidentiary hearings.
• Thorough knowledge of Arizona rules, procedures, and practices in superior, federal and appellate courts.
• Experience with e-discovery processes, document review, and production.
• Proficiency with iManage document management software.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Review pleadings, court notices, and correspondence for calendaring and noticing requirements.
• Format, file, and serve pleadings in Arizona superior courts, federal districts, appellate courts, and bankruptcy courts.
• Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines.
• Communicate with courts, clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, and government agencies.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, motion practice, evidentiary hearings, and trial prep.
• Prepare documents for discovery, contested hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Coordinate service of process and notice of documents.
• Prepare exhibits, witness files, hearing binders, and trial notebooks.
• Assist with document collection, review, production, and management using e-discovery platforms.
• Manage electronic and physical case files using iManage.
