• Experience with drafting subpoenas and creating logs for records received
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Aufgaben

• Obtain medical records via authorizations and subpoenas and follow up with providers
• Maintain and streamline case data with discovery and records charts
• Analyze and summarize medical records and treatment chronologies
• Support attorneys in depositions and discovery; summarize transcripts and manage key documents
• Manage and organize document productions from opposing parties and co-defendants
• Prepare and organize materials for expert witness review
• Keep case files organized and accessible
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth case progression
