Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Insurance defense experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Experience drafting subpoenas and creating logs for records.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in case preparation by obtaining medical records and subpoenas, with timely follow‑ups.
• Maintain and streamline case data with organized discovery and records charts.
• Analyze and summarize medical records and treatment chronologies for case insights.
• Support attorneys in depositions and discovery; summarize transcripts and manage documents.
• Manage document productions; review, analyze, and organize files from parties.
• Prepare materials for expert witnesses and ensure documentation is complete.
• Keep case files organized and accessible to support smooth case progression.
