Job summary

Zaden Technologies, Inc. in Chantilly, Virginia is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Service Delivery Manager to run daily service delivery for a DoD test infrastructure program. On-site duties at the Alabama-based company, with DHA alignment and a focus on incident, change, and service levels.

You will lead ITSM operations, report on performance, and coordinate across infrastructure, platform, and cyber leads to keep test events on schedule, while driving customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT service delivery or project management, including 3 years leading a team.
• Experience running an ITSM process (incident, request, change) against service levels.
• Experience supporting a DoD or federal customer.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DHA background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as service delivery manager under the Program Manager and back them up when they're out.
• Run IT service management: ticket queues, service levels, account provisioning and the change board.
• Track performance measures and build the monthly reports the government reviews.
• Coordinate the infrastructure, platform and cyber leads so test events land on schedule.
• Lead customer experience and service improvement work.
