Job summary

Zaden Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to own the quality control plan for a Defense Health Agency infrastructure program. You will design, write, and run the plan, inspect deliverables, and drive corrective actions to meet the performance requirements summary.

The role supports a DHA program and is contingent on contract award. Location flexibility includes Chantilly on-site preference with government-approved remote access for the wider U.S.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in quality assurance or quality control for IT services
• Experience building and running a quality control plan on a government contract
• Experience with corrective action and root-cause processes
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the background investigation DHA designates for this position

Responsibilities

• Write and run the quality control plan, including cross-trained backups for single-person roles
• Inspect deliverables and service performance against the performance requirements summary
• Run corrective actions and root-cause reviews
• Prepare evidence for government quality surveillance
