Job summary

Zaden Technologies in Huntsville, Alabama seeks an experienced program manager to lead a ~47-person team responsible for modernizing test infrastructure supporting DoD health IT programs. You will manage a fixed-price, PB contract with governance, risk management, and transition-in activities to operate within 60 days of award.

The role requires 10+ years in IT infrastructure or platform program management, DoD experience, and eligibility for security clearance.

Qualifications

10 years of managing IT infrastructure or platform programs, incl. DoD or federal health.
PMP, or 10 years of program management with a graduate degree in engineering or management.
Experience on firm-fixed-price or performance-based contracts.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DHA background investigation.

Responsibilities

Own cost, schedule and performance on a fixed-price, PB contract and report to the COR.
Run monthly outcome ledger, governance boards and risk register, ensuring on-time deliverables.
Lead transition-in so the team is badged, on-site and ready within 60 days of award.
Lead a cross-functional team across infrastructure, platform engineering, cybersecurity and facilities.
Maintain government test calendars during environment consolidation and modernization.
