Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, seeks a Quality Assurance Program Analyst (Mid) to analyze and enhance the DES QAP, supporting disability determinations and enterprise integration. You will prepare action-ready decision papers, draft policy changes, and monitor performance against set goals.

Assignments are in Falls Church, VA, with potential remote work when authorized; you will collaborate with government leads and deliver quarterly QAP reports while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/public/healthcare quality or analytics.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, program analysis, compliance, or process improvement.
• Experience reviewing program performance and compliance against requirements.
• Experience developing or supporting QA policies, procedures, performance measures, or corrective actions.
• Experience preparing formal reports, decision papers, briefings, or analytical products.

Responsibilities

• Provide decision papers with action plans and draft QAP policy changes.
• Draft and facilitate quarterly QAP reports (CDRL 7) for government lead approval.
• Review program performance against goals and propose changes to processes or policy.
• Develop policy documents, staffing plans, and implementation guidance for approval.
• Provide additional support as needed.
