Job summary

Connected Logistics seeks a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager to support the DLA Troop Support Medical Supply Chain with data synchronization initiatives and common electronic catalog tools for BI.

The role is contingent on contract award with a start around 11/12/2026 and offers some telecommuting flexibility. Key responsibilities include establishing QA processes, resource planning, lifecycle QA, QA plans, and reviews across the development lifecycle, leveraging IT/telecom tech and logistics

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in QA for IT systems.
• Current T3 (Secret) eligibility for IT II Sensitivity.
• Experience in QA/QC of IT systems across software lifecycle.
• Experience with verification/validation, software testing, and software metrics.
• Familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with developer tools listed in requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and establishes a process for evaluating software and documentation.
• Determines resources required for IT quality control.
• Maintains quality throughout the software lifecycle.
• Develops software quality assurance plans.
• Conducts formal and informal reviews at lifecycle points.
• Applies subject matter knowledge to analysis, design, development and implementation.
• Resolves problems requiring deep technical subject matter knowledge.
• Applies QM methods to specialized IT/logistics solutions.
