Zaden Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large IT infrastructure and DevSecOps portfolio for DoD health programs. This on-site role at our Chantilly, Virginia test center will coordinate with Ashburn data operations as needed.

You will own cost, schedule and performance on fixed-price programs, drive governance and risk, and oversee transitions and staffing across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and facilities. U.S.

Formación

• 10 years managing IT infrastructure or platform programs.
• 5 of them for DoD or federal health.
• Experience on a firm-fixed-price or performance-based contract.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the DHA-designated background investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Run the monthly outcome ledger, governance boards and risk register, and keep every deliverable on time.
• Lead transition-in so the team is badged, on site and operating within 60 days of award.
• Lead a team that spans infrastructure, platform engineering, cybersecurity and facilities, across Zaden and two teaming partners.
• Keep the government’s test calendars whole while the environment is consolidated and modernized.

Zaden Technologies is a defense technology company based in Huntsville, Alabama. We build AI, DevSecOps and digital engineering products and put them to work for DoD customers.

Lead a team of about 47 that runs and modernizes the test infrastructure behind the Defense Health Agency's major health IT programs.

You’ll support a new Defense Health Agency program. This position is contingent upon contract award, and the start date will align with the program start.

What you’ll do:

• Own cost, schedule and performance on a fixed-price, performance-based contract and report to the Contracting Officer’s Representative
• Run the monthly outcome ledger, governance boards and risk register, and keep every deliverable on time
• Lead transition-in so the team is badged, on site and operating within 60 days of award
• Lead a team that spans infrastructure, platform engineering, cybersecurity and facilities, across Zaden and two teaming partners
• Keep the government’s test calendars whole while the environment is consolidated and modernized

Must have:

• 10 years managing IT infrastructure or platform programs, 5 of them for DoD or federal health
• PMP, or 10 years of program management with a graduate degree in engineering or management
• Experience on a firm-fixed-price or performance-based contract
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the background investigation DHA designates for this position

Nice to have:

• An active Secret clearance or higher
• Experience with VMware, cloud or DevSecOps programs
• Health IT or test-lab program experience

Location:

Chantilly, Virginia, on site at the test center, with work at the Ashburn, Virginia data center as needed.

Citizenship:

U.S. citizenship is required for the investigation this role needs. Zaden's FSO verifies investigation status.

Pay range: $175,000 to $194,000 per year for Chantilly, Virginia.
