Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Mid-Level Business Process Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Defense Intelligence Enterprise. You will map intelligence-related business processes, build and monitor metrics, survey stakeholders, and use statistical analysis to turn 'we think this is slow' into 'here's exactly where and here's the fix'.

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to turn data

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 8+ years of relevant business process or performance analysis experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and process mapping techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement by analyzing internal program data and benchmark data.
• Develop, refine, and monitor metrics that identify risk and improvement areas.
• Conduct statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of intelligence services.
• Perform business process mapping of intelligence-related activities and analysis.
• Survey stakeholders and translate feedback into measurable improvement opportunities.
• Maintain records so visualization and production activities are captured in databases.
