Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Manager (Mid-Level) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Defense Intelligence Enterprise. The role focuses on aligning processes and technology to enable analysts to find, share, and build on information across networks, with emphasis on content and records management, collaboration, and security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 8+ years of knowledge management experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with content management, records management, and workflow tools.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across analytic and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
• Administer and improve centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems.
• Shape workflows and processes so that search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data actually serve the mission.
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and identify future requirements for knowledge management capabilities.
• Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals, ensuring nothing gets stranded on the wrong domain.
