Qualifications

• Demonstrates in-depth understanding of the Intelligence Community and uses this knowledge to set goals and priorities.
• Conducts large-scale assessments of multiple organizations and geographic divisions or of sensitive, complex programs/processes.
• Develops and employs strategies to analyze key issues, drawing conclusions from data and recommending viable solutions to address mission needs.
• Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to present complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
• Prepares and delivers briefings to diverse internal and external audiences on complex topics in line with policy and practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads assessments that align with IC priorities and mission needs.
• Analyzes large datasets and programs to identify key issues and propose viable solutions.
• Develops strategic recommendations and communicates them through presentations and papers.
• Delivers briefings tailored for varied audiences, ensuring clear understanding of conclusions.
