Far West Federal Holding, LLC is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the Defense Health Network Pacific Rim (DHN PR) Support Operations Team. You will assist with planning, tracking, and reporting on military healthcare and IT initiatives in a government setting.

The role involves risk management, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder coordination; travel may be required. A BA/BS and 3–5 years PM experience are expected. Salary range $90,000–$110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with diverse Government stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and trackers.
• Assist with planning and executing military healthcare and IT projects.
• Monitor progress and report deviations to the Government lead.
• Identify and document project risks and issues; maintain risk/issue logs.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings; publish minutes and track actions.
• Maintain project records in SharePoint and Teams.
• Coordinate communication across clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders.
• Support special projects and provide timely PM services.
