Job summary

Atlantic Diving Supply (ADS, Inc.) is seeking a Portfolio Manager to own the Defense Health Agency (DHA) portfolio strategy and growth within the Military Health System. You will align ADS's customer engagement, supplier portfolio, and contract access with DHA priorities, and lead cross‑functional teams across Sales, Business Development, Contracts, and Operations.

Extensive DHA experience, strategic account development, and the ability to move opportunities from requirement through contract

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of successful sales and/or business development experience directly supporting the DHA or Military Health System.
Strong understanding of DHA structure, funding, and federal healthcare procurement.
Established relationships within the DHA and military healthcare community.
Proven ability to develop and manage complex sales opportunities and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the overall growth strategy for the Defense Health Agency portfolio.
Maintain long-term strategic plans for sustainable revenue and margin growth across DHA organizations.
Identify white space and new opportunities across the DHA enterprise.
Coordinate customer engagement and business development activities across ADS teams.
Represent ADS at DHA meetings, industry events, and supplier discussions.
