Job summary

NIKA is hiring an Operations Manager to support the Defense Health Agency’s Portfolio Business Integration Division in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on organizing and coordinating contracts and projects to meet objectives.

Key duties include developing evaluation methods, ensuring deliverables, and enabling collaboration via SharePoint Online and MS Teams. U.S. citizenship and PMI certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years’ experience in relevant program management field.
• 2+ years’ experience in program/project management or administration.
• 1 year experience software management and data retrieval.
• Must possess an active favorable NACI or ability to obtain one.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and areas for improvement.
• Ensure daily program and project operations support contract deliverables.
• Minimize incompatibilities and standardize products.
• Plan and assist in developing collaboration tools in SPO, EAS, MS TEAMS, FROID and web systems.
• Manage SharePoint Online and related ticketing systems; track performance metrics.
