Qualifications

• 10+ years of Federal market experience.
• Established relationships across Military Departments and Defense Agencies.
• Proven track record of originating, shaping and converting substantial Federal technology opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the Federal and Defense acquisition lifecycle, funding and procurement strategies.
• Successful track record winning in Defense accounts starting with limited incumbent position.
• Extensive executive customer engagement and relationship-management experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end business development, capture, and deal activities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Originate opportunities and shape defense deals from qualification to close.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, consulting, solutioning, delivery, and partner organizations.
• Develop growth strategies and pipeline across Defense markets and agencies.
• Engage senior stakeholders pre-RFP to identify priorities and funding signals.
• Build ecosystem with partners, OEMs, and integrators to enable differentiated solutions.
