Kyndryl seeks a Director, Customer Partner to drive Defense growth in Federal markets from its Washington, DC operations. You will originate opportunities, shape account strategies, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across consulting, integration, cloud, and security to win large, complex deals.

You will build senior government relationships, manage pipeline, and deliver outcomes that expand Kyndryl’s Defense portfolio while aligning with mission needs and budgets.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant Federal market experience, including significant experience supporting the Department of War.
• Established relationships across Military Departments, Defense Agencies, Combatant Commands, or related Defense mission organizations.
• Proven ability to originate, shape, and convert substantial Federal technology, consulting, systems integration, or managed services opportunities, including opportunities created before formal solicitation.
• Strong understanding of the Federal and Defense acquisition lifecycle, appropriations and budget processes, contract vehicles, acquisition pathways, and competitive procurement strategies.
• Active security clearance appropriate to the targeted Defense market; final level and access requirements will be confirmed based on assigned accounts and customer requirements.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
