Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Director of Contracts & Negotiations – Federal to lead the contract lifecycle for federal pursuits, including capture shaping, negotiations, and post‑award administration.

You will interface with executives, business development, capture managers, and delivery teams to ensure compliant, competitive government engagements. You will navigate FAR/DFARS, manage risk, and drive governance across federal programs, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to remove

Formación

• 12+ years in federal contracts management, subcontract management, proposals, negotiations, or related disciplines.
• FAR Parts 12 and 15 and DFARS experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contractual strategy for priority federal growth pursuits with executive leadership, BD, Capture, and Proposal teams.
• Direct end-to-end negotiation, drafting, administration, and closeout of complex federal contracts and subcontracts.
• Serve as primary contractual authority with Government Contracting Officers and partner representatives.
• Formulate negotiation and risk management strategies to protect company interests while enabling growth.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Security, Regulatory Compliance, HR, and Delivery teams to resolve disputes and roadblocks.
• Ensure thorough compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency procurement regs, and governance standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop contracts professionals while driving process improvements.
• Manage statements of work, compliance checkpoints, and federal reporting requirements.
