Amyx, Inc. is seeking a Business/Financial Analyst to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) GTR Advisory and Assistance Services subcontract in the Lorton, VA area. The role focuses on PPBE budgeting, budget execution, and financial analysis within the DoD framework.

Candidate should have 3–5 years of DoD PPBE experience, familiarity with DoD financial systems (DAI, JICAP) and cost estimating. Bachelor's in finance/accounting/business required; Master’s preferred for senior roles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in DoD PPBE, specifically budget execution and tracking of commitments, obligations and disbursements.
• Experience in financially supporting a MACOM or Defense Agency.
• Working knowledge of DoD financial systems of record (DAI, JICAP).
• Knowledge of DOD Financial Management Regulation 7000.14-R.
• Experience with DoD acquisition, contracts, or cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Provide PPBE support to the GTR Directorate, Financial Team and assist in program budgeting and execution.
• Track spend plans, funding, obligations, contract burn rates and prepare related materials.
• Develop POM exhibits, tables and briefings; provide budget execution analysis and reconciliations.
• Assist with cost estimating, IGCEs, ROMs, and proposal cost/price analysis.
• Produce on-demand financial reports for leadership decision making and FIAR initiatives.
