Job summary

The Tauri Group is seeking a Senior Level Budget Analyst to support an ongoing contract at the Pentagon. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience as a budget analyst for DoD programs, ability to work under pressure, and must have a current SECRET clearance, with a TOP SECRET highly preferred.

This role involves providing advisory support to manage the resources for the Chemical and Biological Defense Program, oversight of budget execution, and strategic planning engagement.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience as a budget analyst supporting DoD programs.
• Understanding of DODD 5000.2 and the acquisition process.
• Knowledge of budgetary processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide A&A support to the CBDP Resource Manager.
• Assist with budget execution of a $1.2 billion Defense-wide account.
• Engage in strategic planning for the CBDP.

Skills

Expert knowledge of the DoD PPBE process

Strong Excel and database abilities

Ability to hold a SECRET clearance

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Master's degree desired
