Job summary

i270 Solutions Group LLC seeks a senior analyst to lead key financial management for multiple programs. You will analyze budgets, justify allocations to external stakeholders, and defend program financial health as a government finance expert.

The role requires handling complex assignments and presenting clear budget analyses to senior management, ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congress, with compliance to GSA standards and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, compliant with GSA standards.
• Demonstrated experience providing financial support.
• Proficiency using MS Excel including advanced formulas, functions and Pivot Tables to analyze and reconcile budget data.
• Proficiency building financial charts and briefings in MS PowerPoint.
• Experience presenting complex budget analysis to management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Description

As a senior analyst, this individual leads key financial management activities for a program or group of programs. The role requires providing in-depth analysis of budgets, justifying resource allocations to external stakeholders, and defending program financial health. They serve as a key financial expert to the government Program Manager. Work at this level involves a wide range of complex assignments and non-routine situations that require extensive knowledge in the specialty discipline.

Duties May Include

• Leading internal program build activities, including budget analysis, planning events, and the creation of detailed documentation packages.
• Leading the effort to justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies.
• Supporting the development and preparation of budget testimony, briefing materials, and formal responses to inquiries from ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congress.
• Conducting complex financial data analysis, identifying multi-year trends, and generating detailed reports using automated tools and databases.
• Providing expert support and recommendations to Program Managers in the development and implementation of fiscal execution spend plans, including strategies for handling funding shortfalls.

Required Skills

• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, compliant with GSA standards.
• Demonstrated experience providing financial support.
• Demonstrated proficiency using MS Excel to include creating and utilizing advanced formulas, functions and Pivot Tables to analyze and reconcile budgetary data.
• Proficiency building financial charts and briefings in MS PowerPoint.
• Experience researching, maintaining, and presenting complex budget analysis to all levels of management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for professional correspondence and stakeholder interactions, ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and tact.
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Desired Skills

• Three years of experience with DoW/IC financial processes and software.
• Certified Defense Financial Manager certification (CDFM)
