Parallel Wireless is seeking a Program Manager for the US Defense and Federal Group. The program manager leads all phases from inception to completion, driving execution to meet orders, revenue recognition, and financial targets.

The role is based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area, with responsibilities spanning DoW and USG projects involving Open RAN-based 5G/6G solutions for federal and defense applications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field and 8+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Experience managing DoW development projects for RF, networking, or cellular applications.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
• Technical RF background with solid business acumen.

Aufgaben

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Drive program execution to meet orders, revenue recognition, and financial targets.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors on SOWs, milestones, and costs.
• Establish and manage firm fixed or cost-plus program constructs.
• Grow programs by capturing additional and follow-on scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve contract goals.
• Adapt to shifting customer and company priorities in a dynamic environment.
