Parallel Wireless is seeking a Program Manager for the US Defense and Federal Group. The role directs all phases of programs from inception through completion and drives execution to meet financial objectives for orders, revenue, operating income and cash flow.

The position is based in the Washington DC - Baltimore Area, with responsibility for DoW and USG programs involving Open RAN based 5G/6G solutions for federal and defense applications, and collaboration with customers and subcontractors

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering field with a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship under federal law
• Experience managing DoW development projects for RF communications, networking, or cellular applications.
• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of US DoW and Government Project Management practices and Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Experience using Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
• Technical background in RF communications with strong business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Program Management of DoW and USG programs involving mesh networking solutions including Open RAN based 5G/6G solutions for federal and defense applications.
• Accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program through all phases, from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to negotiate, finalize, and track Statements of Work, milestones, risk register, schedule, and cost variances.
• Establish and execute program plans in a firm fixed or cost-plus program constructs.
• Grow the program by proactively identifying and capturing additional and/or follow‑on scope.
• Work collaboratively with the functional organizations and empower teams to meet and/or exceed program contract goals.
• Operate within a highly dynamic and changing environment and adapt to shifting customer and company strategic priorities.
