Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant security domain knowledge.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Experience leading DoD/IC-scale R&D programs in wireless security.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of complex R&D projects focused on 6G security for DoW.
• Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with DoW standards.
• Coordinate with military and government agencies for objective alignment and reporting.
• Drive technology transfer from research to operation with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports, cost tracking, and personnel planning.
• Advise government leads on technical concepts to influence foreign stakeholders.
