Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead the development and deployment of modifications to training support devices used in defense programs. The role focuses on implementing, testing and documenting changes to hardware and software baselines, with collaboration across CAE's engineering and project management teams.

You will design, modify and integrate software applications, provide technical writing support, and participate in reviews and test plans while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• BS in MIS/CS/EE/ME or equivalent with 5 years in simulation field.
• UNIX/Linux experience and knowledge of C/C++, FORTRAN, Ada.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of modifications to training devices.
• Design and implement software applications for training systems.
• Support and test software in the CAE training environment.
• Coordinate with project managers and instructors to evaluate software designs.
