Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks an ambitious engineering leader to join our team and drive technical program execution across multiple flight simulator programs. You will lead Integrated Product Teams, coordinate reviews, and ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance under CAM processes.

The role requires extensive USG/DoD program experience, strong leadership, and the ability to interface with customers and internal stakeholders. A DoD clearance posture and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software, Systems, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of USG/DoD development program experience.
• 3+ years of Engineering Lead experience in USG/DoD development programs.
• 3+ years of experience with IBM/Rational or Atlassian development and collaboration tools, DOORS, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Microsoft Project.
• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and exercise technical program execution authority over IPTs for planning, organizing, controlling, integration and close out of engineering content on flight simulator programs.
• Manage large, complex project initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
• Perform CAM reviews with IPTs and ensure technical, cost and schedule performance.
• Communicate with customers or vendors and report to a Directorate Chief Engineer.
