Job summary

Virtualitics, Inc. seeks a Mission Success Director to lead a team delivering Readiness AI solutions to defense and intelligence customers.

You will own delivery timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and cross-project coordination, working with senior government and industry leaders. The role requires an ability to align customer objectives with roadmaps, drive portfolio strategy, and ensure renewal readiness across accounts, while maintaining margins and performance standards in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in defense, intelligence, or federal technology programs.
• 5+ years in a people-management role delivering delivery, program management, or customer success teams.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of concurrent programs or accounts.
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of briefing senior leaders.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Deep familiarity with DoW and IC organizational structures, acquisition processes, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Solution Leaders and Mission Support Specialists delivering Virtualitics Readiness AI solutions across defense and intelligence customers.
• Serve as the Delivery Operations Manager for a capability area or customer portfolio, owning delivery timelines and risks.
• Drive portfolio-level strategy by aligning objectives to product roadmaps and renewal readiness.
• Oversee stage-gate delivery processes and OKR-based health scoring across programs.
• Provide executive-level reporting to senior customer leadership and Virtualitics leadership on delivery health and risk.
• Build and scale delivery teams through hiring and coaching.
• Own margin and resource accountability for your portfolio.
• Represent Virtualitics at senior leadership level with customers, building trust-based relationships.
