Job summary

Virtualitics, Inc. seeks a Staff Product Manager to guide end-to-end deployments and strategic platform evolution of its AI-native readiness intelligence products.

You will partner with engineering and AI teams to shape architecture, scope sprints, run demos, and translate complex user needs into actionable product requirements for DoW operators and data scientists. You will mentor other product team members, communicate executive updates, and ensure delivery operations reduce manual effort

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management or software engineering experience shipping software in agile environments.
• CS degree or equivalent technical degree, or 1-2 years of software engineering experience in related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end-to-end: vision, backlog, sprints, releases and outcomes.
• Drive architectural decisions with engineering and validate feasibility and trade-offs.
• Translate user problems into product requirements through direct user research.
• Shape platform evolution across data ontology, agent orchestration, and generative interfaces.
• Support delivery operations to reduce manual effort across deployment models and contracts.
• Communicate clearly through executive briefings, demos, PRDs, and cross-functional alignment; mentor other team members.
