Job summary

Qualifications

• Detailed cost or financial estimation, analysis, or forecasting experience.
• DoD cost analysis documentation, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and CARDs.
• Experience collecting and analyzing cost and technical data to develop functional cost models.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Knowledge of cost analysis and estimating methodologies within the DoD.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Review complex financial and cost data, and build cost analysis models.
• Perform cost-benefit and cost-savings analyses using EVM principles.
• Develop Program Office Estimates and Independent Government Cost Estimates.
• Translate program requirements into cost estimates for clients and leadership.
• Create leadership presentations and dashboards to communicate findings.
