Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with cost estimating, cost analysis, or financial analysis.
• Experience with data collection and cost model development.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel or Power Point.
• Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and inflation or escalation.
• Experience with analysis and estimates supporting government procurement and acquisition processes.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Support cost estimation, financial modeling and program assessment for Navy acquisitions.
• Evaluate data and develop analytical approaches to deliver actionable insights.
• Apply methods like statistical analysis, cost-benefit analysis, lifecycle cost estimation, and what-if scenario modeling.
