Qualifications

• Experience working on Army or DoD cost analysis programs.
• Ability to develop data and estimating relationships.
• Ability to maintain databases of historical cost, schedule, and technical data for estimating models.
• Ability to design and use data collection techniques and models.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
