Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Operations Research Analyst to review financial and cost data, build cost models, and perform cost-benefit analyses for government clients. You will create leadership presentations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, and run Monte Carlo simulations with Crystal Ball to inform decisions.

Applicants should have experience with cost estimation, data analysis, and scripting in Python or R; a Master’s in OR, Economics, or STEM is preferred, and a Secret clearance is

Qualifications

Experience with detailed financial estimation, budgeting, or forecasting.
Advanced Excel with complex formulas (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP).
Ability to apply statistical analysis to forecast outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop complex financial and cost models across a program lifecycle.
Present data to leadership via dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
Develop Program Office Estimates and Independent Government Cost Estimates.
Perform Monte Carlo simulations and risk analyses.
Prepare program briefs and acquisition documentation.
Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into cost estimates.
