Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or Business Operations.
- MBA or advanced business training is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years in manufacturing and government contracting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in contract negotiations and award discussions with customers, ensuring capabilities are accurately represented.
- Lead or support technical and cost proposals, including process estimates and pricing strategies.
- Act as primary contact for customers regarding contract requirements and performance updates.
- Collaborate on revenue forecasts and track contract pipeline, awards, and execution status.
