Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking an experienced government contracts professional to join our Legal team to support the Defense vertical’s growth. You will drive proposal development, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and guide go-to-market strategies for defense customers across domestic and international partners.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Product teams to shepherd deals from idea to award, building pricing strategies and managing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of government contracts experience in the U.S. government and/or private industry.
• Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
• Ability to manage diverse contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF) and vehicles (FAR-based, OTA, subcontracts, software licenses, GSA schedules).
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave contract support from pre-solicitation planning to close-out.
• Negotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements with partners.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier contractual relationships.
• Maintain relationships with contracting officers and teaming representatives.
• Provide contractual guidance for business obligations.
• Support cost and price build-ups; oversee compliance programs.
