The role oversees scope, cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk with collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program management within defense, strong technical understanding, and excellent communication for customer-facing tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in defense industry programs and managing engineering/manufacturing programs.
• Proven success in managing scope, cost, schedule, risk, and customer expectations.
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead defense engineering and manufacturing programs from initiation through completion.
• Establish objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk across programs.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, facilities, quality, supply chain.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and program reports.
• Lead program reviews, status meetings, and customer presentations.
• Support proposal development, statements of work, cost estimates, and contracts.
