Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 6 years.
• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types and sizes with US Government or commercial entities.
• Prior experience as a prime contractor and first‑tier subcontractor with FAR, DFARS, and OTA Requests for Proposal and Contracts.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to bring projects to completion.
• Leadership experience across a team of contract professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve contractual documents to protect the company’s contractual posture and policy adherence.
• Make timely decisions and provide guidance with technical, program, and functional stakeholders.
• Be a role model for inclusion and diverse perspectives.
• Provide concise and effective executive communication.
• Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate contracts.
• Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and customer contact activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and direct reports.
• Coach and develop a team of high performing professionals.
• Ensure a robust talent pipeline through effective organizational management.
• Other duties as assigned
• Work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
