Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with relevant experience, possess a DoD Secret clearance, and can lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s STEM degree with 2 years of software, test, or systems engineering experience.
• MS degree with 1 year of software, test, or systems engineering experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of application.
• Ability to work independently with rapidly changing tasking and priorities.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive complex tasks to closure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert new mission needs into executable program scope and proposals.
• Serve in a Change Management Systems Engineering role with proposal development and program management.
• Lead proposal development activities, including risk and opportunity registers.
• Analyze technical and programmatic requirements and present findings to MDA and NG leadership.
• Support organizing and managing the program’s technical and programmatic baseline.
• Gain exposure to program financials, cost/schedule trade studies, and business development strategies.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and MDA customers to drive solutions.
