Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Contract Administrator (Level 2) to join its contracts team in Rocket Center, WV. The role covers from business development to contract closeout, ensuring customer satisfaction, financial performance and risk mitigation.

The successful candidate will apply knowledge of FAR/DFARS, work with management teams, and help manage complex contracts with diverse product lines. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years of applied experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree considered in lieu of years of experience.
Experience with DoD/US government contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiation and contract administration activities from proposal through closeout.
Administer daily contract activities for multiple product lines and contract types; manage payment terms, invoicing, collections and funding.
Enter and manage data in Contract Management and financial systems.
Participate in customer meetings and ensure compliance with contract requirements; lead change management.
Ensure NDAs and contract terms are negotiated within company guidelines.
Collaborate with program management, site management and customers as an advisor.
