Job summary

Secureframe is seeking a Solutions Engineer, Defense & CMMC to act as the pre-sales technical expert for customers operating across the defense industrial base. You will partner with Account Executives to translate CMMC requirements into practical designs and compelling demonstrations that address FCI, CUI, and NIST SP 800-171.

You will establish credibility with security, IT, compliance and executive stakeholders, navigate complex environments, and help shape a differentiated Defense and CMMC

Qualifications

• Experienced in pre-sales technical roles for security/compliance solutions.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into concrete designs and demos.
• Strong collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and success teams.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, develop, and win Defense and CMMC opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery with security, IT, compliance, and executives.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations linking product capabilities to customer needs.
• Create reusable sales-engineering assets and enablement materials.
• Train and enable Sales and Solutions Engineering teams in CMMC discovery and positioning.
