Job summary

St. Michael's Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support a DoD client. You will perform budget execution using systems like ADVANA, CCaR, DEAMS, EFD, GAFS-BQ, GFEBS, and PBAS in a client-facing role. A Bachelor's degree and a Secret clearance are required.

You will coordinate with SOF AT&L offices, DFAS, and other agencies to manage contracts, funds, and closeout actions while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. This role is on-site at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• DoD budgeting and execution experience is required.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and advise on actions.
• Experience with DoD programs and interfacing with multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting actions across program offices and DFAS.
• Monitor contracts and fund closeout with relevant agencies.
• Provide metrics on tri-annual review and closeout processes.
• Support classified funding portfolios and UFR execution.
• Develop presentations and documentation for financial actions.
• Maintain CCaR/DEAMS data and perform daily reconciliation.
• Prepare funding documents (FADs, MIPRs, AF 9s) and vendor files.
